Intel Santa Clara Softball League

Spring 2007 Leagues will be played on Wednesdays. For teams that cannot play on that day, we can make alternate arrangements to get you registered. Note that your team does not have to be complete to register, and fees can be paid by credit card while you wait to receive funds from your players. There will be no extending the February 21 NOON deadline, this is set in stone. If you cannot get your forms in on time and are turning them into Twin Creeks separately, but would still like to be in the Intel leagues, you MUST LET ME KNOW.

Please be aware that the information on this website is updated every season, it is your responsibility to read and understand all the information in here.

Spring 2007 League Information:

• Spring 2007 leagues will be organized as a singled unified league:

  • Leagues will start in early October

• Spring 2007 is a 10 game season, plus up to three rounds of playoff games

• All teams make the playoffs

• Game times will be rotational: 6:40, 7:50, 9:00 and 10:10pm

• League fees are $645 up front paid to Twin Creeks by check or credit card

  • Umpire fees are ~$15/per game paid at each game to the umpire in cash (TBA)

  • Gate fees are $2/per person/per game paid at each game to the gate keeper in cash (TBA)

  • Twin Creeks has arrangements for sponsored teams expensing the cost to write the whole amount off on one receipt

• This will be a Corporate Co-Ed league requiring at least 3 females per minimum 10 person team

Team Registration Information:

• READ AND FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY

  • Choose "SPRING Only"

  • First choice of nights should be WEDNESDAY

  • Second choice should be left blank if you can't play in a second choice

  • Choose ROTATIONAL game times

  • Choose CORPORATE COED level of play

  • Choose CORPORATE COED classification

  • Sign and date your form

  • Be sure to sign and date the space for the credit card information as well, if applicable

• Turn in your form to me with your league fees by NOON on Friday, February 21

  • I sit in SC12, pole 5-F3 (look for the Michigan flag)

  • My fax number is 408-765-5940 (let me know if you send something)

  • I will leave an envelope outside my cube (up this afternoon), make sure you get a confirmation from me that I've received your forms. No confirmation means no forms.

  • League fees are $645 payable by check or credit card

    • Checks should be made out to: TWIN CREEKS SUNNYVALE, INC.

    • Be sure to sign your form in both appropriate places if paying by credit card

  • If you are unable to get your registration in to me, you MUST contact me before NOON on Friday, February 21

• Note that an individual registration only makes your name publicly available to team managers looking for players, and it does not guarantee a spot on any team whatsoever

Special Requests:

• Every effort will be made to honor special requests. These MUST be made at the time you turn in your registration forms and MUST be attached to the FRONT of your registration. If there are no special requests indicated, your team will be placed at the discretion of the league commissioner. Examples:

  • Your team is a new and/or novice team and should be placed with similar teams

  • Your team is an experienced and/or veteran team and should be placed with similar teams

  • Your team has previously played within the Intel league under a different name

  • You share players with another team and need your schedules adjusted accordingly

  • You have a need for more players on your team

  • You *only* want to play in an all-Intel league (this may make your team ineligible to play)
